How do I get to Terraine?
You can find us at: 7188 W Hidden Hills Way, West Jordan, UT 84081 If you are heading south on State Route 111, turn right off the highway onto Chamomile Way, turn left onto Sage Run Road, turn right onto Hidden Hills Way and follow the signs to the Shed.
What is the West Bench?
The West Bench is the area in the western foothills of the Oquirrh Mountains, where the Salt Lake basin rises up in a gentle slope. Hikers, wildlife enthusiasts and nature lovers are drawn to the beauty of this land.
How big is Terraine?
Terraine covers 634 acres of land. There will be 2,817 homes, 350 of which will be for lease.
