SAVE YOUR SPOT to make TERRAINE FRIENDSHIP BRACELETS! Wednesday, July 9

Visit

It all starts at The Shed.

WORTH A DRIVE UP

A singular destination, The Shed is a lot of things: the community’s cafe and outfitter, work-from-home way station, welcome center for homeshoppers, and headquarters for fun!

Yes, it’s west. But not what you’d expect. You’re minutes from everything, but it feels miles away. Less hustle. More horizon. And families? They’re already coming together here—from both sides of the valley—to start something fresh.

  • Perfect for first-time buyers and next-chapter seekers
  • Several home options for multi-generational living
  • A place where your kids can build a future—and you’ll want to visit

Once you see it, it just makes sense. Give us a call, schedule a tour, explore the trails, grab lunch at our cafe and get a feel for a different kind of west.

Community basecamp

Grab a cup at Land of a Thousand Hills Coffee.

Everyone knows a great cup can do a lot of good, but our coffee proprietor takes that idea even further.

With his focus on community and craftsmanship, founder Jonathan Golden is committed to cultivating flourishing communities—here in the West Bench, and also in Africa. Named after Rwanda itself, The Land of a Thousand Hills Coffee is built on the idea of doing good. From working with thousands of Rwandan farmers to establishing central hubs for purposeful gathering, the impact is positive both locally and globally.

Come by The Shed for a cup of coffee (or tea). We can’t wait to see you.

Model HomeS ARE OPEN

Saturday June 28th

Dig in the dirt and put down roots. At Camp Dig It kids can learn about and hold the birds, bugs and retiles with Scales and Tails from 11-1. Dig in the sand, dance to tunes and grab some lunch at our cafe. At 1pm join our landscape panel discussion with all our plant people. And head home with a new sprout from our native plant sale.

It’s the perfect Saturday afternoon.

Join us for a friendship bracelet and friend-making gathering.
Terraine Teens Friendship Bracelet Making Gathering
At Terraine, community doesn’t have an age limit—and we believe our teens deserve space to connect, create, and just be. Come join us for an evening of simple joy: bracelet-making and a good old-fashioned potluck.
child-centric community design
It’s a wanderful life.
How many of us have distinct childhood memories—even pangs of nostalgia—about those long days spent playing outside? Maybe it was the streetlights coming on, a parent’s special whistle, or just sheer exhaustion that told us…
flower and vegetable gardens
Love for our localscape.
There’s a lot of talk about localscape here at Terraine, and no shortage of questions about what that means, exactly. We’re glad to explain.
