Drinking water at Terraine is provided by Kearns Improvement District, the vast majority (90%+) comes from the regional water wholeseller, the Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District, which sources its water from numerous sources both inside and outside the Salt Lake Valley. Their drinking water meets or exceeds all regulatory standards.
